Service terms

These terms explain how projects are scoped and delivered by Light Unleashed Ltd. Company no. 15470946. Registered office: 53 Dart Avenue, Torquay, Devon, England, TQ2 7NG. Registered in the United Kingdom. Email: koye@lightunleashedstudios.com. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or payment obligation. A project starts when the written scope, price and project agreement are accepted.
Scope, prices and payment
Website prices are starting points for the deliverables listed. A written quote will confirm the full price including applicable taxes, the work included, delivery dates, payment schedule, any deposit and separately agreed costs. Additional work requires agreement before it is charged. Monthly support must specify its billing period, renewal arrangements and notice required to end it.
Feedback and delivery
The advertised graphics and video packages include two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed brief. A new creative direction, additional versions or extra rounds will be quoted separately. Delivery dates depend on receiving the agreed materials and feedback; any resulting timetable change will be discussed.
Materials and usage rights
Please supply content you are entitled to use, including photographs, footage, music, logos and any necessary permissions for people appearing in it. The project agreement will define the rights granted in the final work and whether editable source files are included. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. Portfolio images on this website are examples, not downloadable templates or an indication of endorsement.
Livestream setup
The setup package covers the agreed configuration, testing and handover. Equipment, subscriptions, venue travel and installation work are separate unless explicitly included. Internet connectivity, platform availability and equipment suitability affect streaming performance; the agreed test and handover will document the setup and its requirements. Ongoing operation and support require a separate agreement.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Please give notice as soon as plans change. The project agreement will explain cancellation and rescheduling arrangements. Any cancellation charge must be fair and reflect the circumstances; these terms do not declare deposits automatically non-refundable.
Where you book as a consumer at a distance, statutory cancellation rights may apply, normally including a 14-day period from the service contract being made. Any request to start work during that period, the cost of work already supplied and any loss of cancellation rights on full completion must be addressed through the required information and express agreement. Nothing here limits your statutory rights or remedies for services that do not meet legal requirements.
