Information you share
The enquiry form collects your name, church or organisation, email address, service of interest, optional budget and message. It sends these details to Netlify Forms so I can receive and respond to your enquiry. Notifications and correspondence are handled through the business email account. Please do not include private pastoral matters, health information or information about children in your initial message.
Why information is used
I use enquiry information to respond, understand your brief and prepare a quote. The lawful basis is steps taken at your request before a contract where you are the customer, or legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries where you represent an organisation. Project records are used to fulfil contracts; information needed for accounting or legal obligations is retained on that basis. Enquiries are not automatically added to a marketing list.
Website services and sharing
Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions. Sanity stores and delivers website content and media. Google provides business email and the remotely loaded website fonts. These services may receive connection information such as IP addresses, browser details and request times to deliver and secure their services. I do not sell enquiry information. Access is limited to the business and providers needed to deliver these functions.
International processing
These providers may process information outside the UK. Where a restricted transfer occurs, applicable safeguards may include UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards. Contact me for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
Retention
Enquiries are kept while needed to answer your request and manage any follow-up. If a project proceeds, relevant correspondence and records are retained for project delivery, support, accounting and the establishment or defence of legal claims. Retention is reviewed against these purposes and applicable obligations; information no longer needed is deleted.
Cookies and your choices
The public website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Administrator authentication and draft previews use essential editing storage and cookies. Media plays only when you choose to start it. See the cookie information for details.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, or receive information in a portable form. Where consent is used, you can withdraw it. Contact koye@lightunleashedstudios.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but I need contact and project information to respond.
